The service includes basic inspection, updating and calibration, thorough cleaning, replacement of easily worn parts, replacement of core components, and maintenance reports. The purpose of the service plan is to ensure stable, efficient, and safe flight performance for your aircraft. The service program ensures regular maintenance of your aircraft, and can thus prevent unnecessary expenses due to undetected faults and defects that can lead to accidents and injuries.

Service Period
- The period of validity for the DJI Maintenance Program activation code is 24 months from the date of sale by DJI in North America (the United States and Canada), the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan.
- Free Standard Maintenance Service provided after you purchase DJI Care Enterprise Basic or DJI Care Enterprise Plus should be used within the coverage period of DJI Care Enterprise service plan.
How to Use Maintenance Service
- Submit a maintenance application
- Click on this link and go to “Service Request and Inquiry”. Select “Maintenance Service” and submit “Maintenance Application”. After submission, generate a case number (use for checking the service progress).
- Send your product back to DJI
- Ship your product to DJI service center.
- DJI Service Center assessment and repair
- DJI will maintain your product after receiving it. If a component is damaged beyond the maintenance scope, you need to choose whether to repair it. If you choose to repair it, you need to pay for the repair. After payment, the component will be repaired during maintenance.
- Receive your product
- After DJI ships the maintained product and you receive the product, the maintenance service ends.

FAQ
- Under what circumstances can the Maintenance Program not be used for the drone?
- The product sent back to DJI is unauthorized disassembling, modification, or water damage.
- How are the shipping fees and taxes charged for the DJI Maintenance Program?
- The two-way shipping fees are covered by DJI if using the DJI Maintenance Program in the corresponding supported region.
- If you are in an area which is not supported by the DJI Maintenance Program you purchased, shipping fees and taxes incurred due to cross-region use will be covered by yourself.
- If you are in an area which is not supported by the DJI Maintenance Program you purchased but you still want to use the service, you can obtain permission from DJI first, and then shipping fees as well as taxes incurred due to cross-region use will be covered by yourself. If the above conditions are not met, DJI has the right to reject providing the service.
